The following changes have been pushed to production on February 9, 2023

• Fixed issue where sending an internal report to another user had the Send button disabled.
• Removed title artifact from notifications icon
• Added more Exception types to the Heat Sheet Exceptions pop-up
• Provided filtering on the new Exception types
• Allowed searching for Exceptions with a date range
• Updated PDF and XLS reports with new Exception data
• Added filtering on Op Code page that reduces the Op Code data returning.
  • This should reduce the load times slightly.

Known Issues​

• Depending on the amount of Op Codes used per Repair Order and/or the timeframe selected, there could be a significant amount of processing done by the browser and could slow the data display time. Further actions are in planning to continue optimization.

• Fixed an issue where the a user was not shown a red dot on the notifications icon when there were unread notifications.
• Added the new Op Code Analysis feature.

• Fixed an issue if an employee had an Id that contained a non-numeric character, their notifications were not accessible.
• Added the ability to send reports by email or SMS to multiple recipients from a single request

The following changes have been pushed to production on January 10, 2023

• Fixed an issue where an employee was invited to a new dealership but their employee information was not imported from CDK.
  • The process was not automatically creating their employee record in the database and thus, could not see any data on the dashboard.

The following changes have been pushed to production on January 9, 2023

• Fixed an issue where repair order digital copies were not being created correctly because of values not handled correctly.

The following changes have been pushed to production on January 8, 2023

• Fixed an issue where duplicate repair orders were being returned when requesting a digital copy.

There is still an outstanding issue where some digital copies have an issue displaying the data. This is being worked on.
