Changes for 12-28-25

The following changes have been pushed to production on December 28, 2025

• Add the discount description to the discount code as a mouse hover over on the discounts pop-up
• The Expense pages for the onboarding forms now have the same immediate duplicate account validation checks as the Sales/Gross pages
