The following changes have been pushed to production on November 15, 2025

• XLSX exported report now has the correct column headers when 'RO Only View' is selected on the 'Labor Types' and 'Op Codes' pages.
• Op Code values are correctly entered in the Op Code column when exporting a XLSX report from the 'Op Codes' page.
• DealerTrack customers that use sub labor types can now see them displayed in the Labor Types page alongside the primary labor type.

• Added a 'Grid Frequency' feature to the AiMatrix Labor view to determine potential increase of labor sales.

• Fixed an issue where the 'Display ROs with Flagged Notes' checkbox was clickable to the end of the window.
• Fixed an issue where in small circumstances, the Penetration % on Op Codes and Labor Types was not calculated.

• Fixed an issue for some instances with a DealerTrack dealership, a line may show up as "blank" on a specific type while all being closed lines on an open RO.
• Add the RO Note column to the service dashboard for the Policy pop-up. Notes are only available for repair order numbers that are also Ref# values.
• Fixed issue where non-managers and non-admins were not able to see any data on the Op Codes page.
