Changes for 06-07-26

The following changes have been pushed to production on June 07, 2026.

• The Technician Performance section has been redesigned
• The Service Advisor Performance pop-up has been redesigned
• Service Advisors now have individual benchmarks
• Service Advisor can now be grouped by shops
• Service Advisors Shops can have benchmarks
• Service Advisor & Technician Performance now includes guided user tours for the redesign
• Service Advisor & Technician Performance pop-ups allow customizable data table fields for users
• Op Code Analysis now shows a group total for total sold or "used" Op Codes
• Op Code Tracking button visbility removed from non-admin users
• Employees with similar names in the same role are now easier to tell apart
• Hover-over tooltips no longer appear on column sort headers
• Technician "Efficiency" has been renamed to "Productivity" across the dashboard
