The following changes have been pushed to production on October 24, 2026

• Scheduled reports can now use "Month to date" data (the 1st of the month through yesterday) for Daily and Weekly schedules, on reports that support it
• The Service Advisor and Technician Performance pop-ups now have one "$0 Lines" exclusion that removes only lines with both $0 labor and $0 parts
• "Exclude 0$ ROs" on the Labor Types and Op Codes pages is now "Exclude $0 Lines" and follows the same rule
• AI Statement Account Mapping now warns about account numbers that are mapped more than once and shows where each one is mapped
• Fixed issue where some scheduled reports failed on the first run of the day

The following changes have been pushed to production on October 4, 2026

• The Discounts table on the Heat Sheet can now be filtered by Labor Type
  • Heat Sheet > Discounts
• The Labor Type Grouping configuration page now supports choosing a dealership, reordering groups by drag and drop, and adding several labor types at once
• Fixed issue where RO-level discounts were not allocated correctly in the Service Advisor Performance modal when filtering by labor type
• The Open ROs header has been compacted so the data table shows more rows
• Fixed issue where the Daily Fixed Gross report was missing its day-over-day comparison on the 1st and 2nd of the month
• Fixed issue where company customer names were cut off in some circumstances on the new Repair Order digital copy
• Tours can now be launched on demand from the header, showing the tours assigned to your role

• A new Labor Type Grouping Analysis report is available under the new Labor Types report category
  • Labor types can be organized into custom groups on the new configuration page
  • The report shows month-to-date, year-to-date, and prior year-to-date labor sales, discounts, hours sold, ELR, and RO count for each group
• Sorting and filtering have been added to the Fixed Gross report configuration page
• Sorting and filtering have been added to the Op Code SPIFF report configuration page
• Fixed issue where monthly scheduled reports would fail to process when no day range was set
• Repair Order digital copies created by scheduled and bulk RO generation now use the new digital copy design, including Service Contract totals
• DealerTrack data imports have been made more reliable with longer timeouts and retry intervals

• XLSX exported report now has the correct column headers when 'RO Only View' is selected on the 'Labor Types' and 'Op Codes' pages.
• Op Code values are correctly entered in the Op Code column when exporting a XLSX report from the 'Op Codes' page.
• DealerTrack customers that use sub labor types can now see them displayed in the Labor Types page alongside the primary labor type.
