The following changes have been pushed to production on October 13, 2025

  • Added 'Total Gross Profit', 'Labor Gross Profit', and 'Parts Gross Profit' to the 'Open ROs' pop-up. Dollars and percentages are available.
  • Added 'Total Gross Profit', 'Labor Gross Profit', and 'Parts Gross Profit' to the 'Work in Process' pop-up. Dollars and percentages are available.
  • Added ability to swap the Gross Profit dollar values to percentage values within the 'Service Advisor Performance' pop-up.
  • Fixed issue where the date selector was not displayed correctly on the Administrative RO Notes page.
  • Added filter to filter against technicians on the 'Used Car Inspections' pop-up.

The following changes have been pushed to production on July 14, 2025

  • The Op Code Group count limitation has been removed
  • Op Code Groups Administration is updated to better manage increased group count
  • The 'Parts on Open Repair Orders' module is added to the Service HeatSheet
  • The 'Types' filter on the Labor Types page can be reset after changes from the date range selector have been made
  • Reset 'Expand By' checkboxes when a different Op Code Group has been selected

The following changes have been pushed to production on May 25, 2025

  • Fix an issue where the month selector does not allow the current month selected on the 1st and 2nd day of the month.
  • Add row shading to group ROs that have more than one discount on the Discounts pop-up.
  • Fix page quantity selector in Administration > User Management.
  • Fix an issue on the onboarding wizard where accounts in a column are deleted in mass.
  • Fix an issue where CDK parts quantity remain when the part was deleted in CDK before the qty was reset to zero.

  • Unapplied labor row was removed from AIS Account Mapping page as it is located in the Heat Sheet mapping page.
  • XLSX generated report for 'Expand by Employee' has been corrected on the Op Codes and Labor Types page.
  • The PDF export for the AI Statement now has left and right borders on the tables of data.
  • Parts data is now corrected on the Op Codes page.
  • The monthly numbers at the top of the service/parts dashboard are now showing red if the pace is behind the SMLY.
