The following changes have been pushed to production on November 1, 2026

• On CDK stores, jobs worked by more than one technician no longer show a "MULTI" technician. Each technician now gets their own share of the hours, so Warranty Audits and Technician Performance show punch time on the real technicians
• Op code search now includes op codes that appear on repair orders but were missing from the DMS op code list
• Fixed issue where fees did not appear on the Repair Order digital copy for Dealertrack stores
• Fixed issue where fees on the Repair Order digital copy for CDK stores could show values from before the repair order closed

The following changes have been pushed to production on October 10, 2026

• RO notes now appear next to the Repair Order (Ref ID) number on the AI Statement Policy pop-up
• Data tables in pop-ups now extend to the bottom of the pop-up, so more rows are visible
• Dealer groups in the TimeAi group switch dropdown are now sorted alphabetically
• Fixed issue where discounts were not factored into the final sale on the new Repair Order digital copy
• Fixed issue where discounts were not factored into ELR on the Service Advisor Performance pop-up within the data table
• Fixed issue where discounts were not factored into ELR on the Technician Performance pop-up within the data table
