The following changes have been pushed to production on September 27, 2024

• Fix issue where Wholesale Analysis module items and totals on the dashboard does not equal Wholesale totals in AI Statement.
• Fix sorting issue on Open ROs where the largest Days Open are not always sorted correctly.
• Fix mislabeled total and rearrange totals on Service Advisor Performance pop-up.

The following changes have been pushed to production on September 15, 2024

• Add the ability to allow Open RO data on the Op Code and Labor Type pages.
• Notifications were not being shown on the new notification system.
• Add a month selector option that sets the date for all the pages and pop-ups on the Dashboard.
• The calculated ELR total on the Labor Types page is incorrect.
• Data on the Op Code and Labor Type Anaylsis pages were not aligned to the column headers above.
• Line total was incorrect when multiple labor types were on a single line on the RO Digital Copy.

The following changes have been pushed to production on April 05, 2024

• AiMatrix - Reset to defaults on Parts Matrix should reset to zeros down each column.
• Adjust 'Employees' filter to show full name to correctly filter if names are very similar with shortened first names.
• Added 'Repair Orders Only' view to 'Op Codes' page.
• Added new 'Labor Types' analysis page to dashboard.

Known issues

• Filtering of very similar employee names where one is an advisor and another is a technician is still and issue and being worked on.

The following changes have been pushed to production on February 9, 2023

• Fixed issue where sending an internal report to another user had the Send button disabled.
• Removed title artifact from notifications icon
• Added more Exception types to the Heat Sheet Exceptions pop-up
• Provided filtering on the new Exception types
• Allowed searching for Exceptions with a date range
• Updated PDF and XLS reports with new Exception data
• Added filtering on Op Code page that reduces the Op Code data returning.
  • This should reduce the load times slightly.

Known Issues​

• Depending on the amount of Op Codes used per Repair Order and/or the timeframe selected, there could be a significant amount of processing done by the browser and could slow the data display time. Further actions are in planning to continue optimization.

• Fixed issue when clicking 'Add Group' or 'Track Op Code' caused the page to turn blank.
