• Fixed an issue where not all the lines where showing up in the AiMatrix Grid Frequency view.
• Upgraded back-end libraries to the latest versions as well as moved to Vite.

The following changes have been pushed to production on June 05, 2025

• Added a 'Grid Frequency' feature to the AiMatrix Labor view to determine potential increase of labor sales.
• Added a 'Job Title' filter to the Employee list in Administration.
• Added the ability to export/share the Employee list in Administration.
• Fixed an issue where the 'Display ROs with Flagged Notes' checkbox was clickable to the end of the window.
• Fixed an issue where in small circumstances, the Penetration % on Op Codes and Labor Types was not calculated.

• AiMatrix - Reset to defaults on Parts Matrix should reset to zeros down each column.
• Adjust 'Employees' filter to show full name to correctly filter if names are very similar with shortened first names.
• Added 'Repair Orders Only' view to 'Op Codes' page.
• Added new 'Labor Types' analysis page to dashboard.

Known issues

• Filtering of very similar employee names where one is an advisor and another is a technician is still and issue and being worked on.

• Rename Labor Matrix tab to Ai Matrix
• Fixed an issue when switching between Labor Matrix configurations would not load the newly selected config
• Fixed an issue where on the Work in Process pop-up word-wrapped on very long RO numbers

• Fixed an issue on AiMatrix that input the wrong numbers into the matrix in some circumstances.
• Fixed the scroll at the top of the AI Statement when there are many columns in the view.

• Added a new feature named AiMatrix. It provides managers with the ability to create Labor Matrix configurations to assist in pricing for labor per fractions of an hour.
