Restore A Deleted User
This document will describe how an admin can restore a soft-deleted user on the TimeAi system.
Only an admin can restore a user on the TimeAi system!
Ensure the selected dealership is the correct dealership that the deleted user was a member of.
Navigate to the Administration section on the TimeAi dashboard by clicking the Administration icon at the top right of the page.
Click the 'USER MANAGEMENT' tile. The 'Dealership Users' tab will be selected and will show the current users that have access to the selected dealership.
Click the 'Deleted Users' tab at the top of the user listing to show users are currently 'soft-deleted' in TimeAi.
Look through the list of soft-deleted users and find the user that needs to be restored.
If a user was deleted more than 15 days prior, the user will not show up in this list. The user can be restored 30 days after the 15-day soft-delete period if necessary. Please create a support request on the Support page for a TimeAi support representative to assist.
If the user was deleted more than 45 days prior, the user needs to be invited as a new user.
Click the three dots in the last 'MANAGE' column on the right of the user's row. Then click 'Restore'.
A confirmation dialog will be shown.
Click 'Yes'.
The user will be restored in TimeAi and the user will be able to login and view the dealerships they previously had access to.
