Rename Custom Technician Shop
This document will describe how an admin can rename a custom technician shop within TimeAi.
Only an admin can rename a custom technician shop!
Navigate to the Administration section on the TimeAi dashboard by clicking the Administration icon at the top right of the page.
Click the 'TECHNICIAN ROLES' tile. The 'Technician Roles Mapping' page will be shown.
At the top of the technician mapping table, the custom technician shops will be listed along the top as column headers on the right. There will be a three-dot icon that will be clicked on to manage the custom shops.
Click the three-dot icon and then click 'Edit' from the menu that appears.
The 'Update Technician Shop' pop-up will be shown. Rename the shop name and click 'SAVE'.
The renamed shop will be renamed at the top of the technician roles mapping table as well as on the Service dashboard.
A default technician shop cannot be renamed.
