Delete Custom Technician Shop
This document will describe how an admin can delete a custom technician shop within TimeAi.
Only an admin can delete a custom technician shop!
Navigate to the Administration section on the TimeAi dashboard by clicking the Administration icon at the top right of the page.
Click the 'TECHNICIAN ROLES' tile. The 'Technician Roles Mapping' page will be shown.
At the top of the technician mapping table, the custom technician shops will be listed along the top as column headers on the right. There will be a three-dot icon that will be clicked on to manage the custom shops.
Click the three-dot icon and then click 'Delete' from the menu that appears.
The confirmation dialog box will be shown. Click 'Yes' to delete the tech shop.
The deleted shop will be removed from the technician roles mapping table as well as on the Service dashboard.
If a technician shop is deleted and there were technicians mapped to that shop, the technicians will automatically be unmapped and show up in the Main shop by default.
A default technician shop cannot be deleted.
