• Add a new User Logins feature within Administration/User Management.

• Fixed an error 500 result when some Digital Copies are being generated when a part quantity sold is not a whole number.
• Updated Step 1 of the Onboarding wizard to remove unused data and add in new fields.

• Fixed an issue where the RO Count calculation was counting ROs more than once if more than one discount was on an RO on the Discounts pop-up.
• Fixed issues where the discounts were being shown and totals calculated at the RO level. Now each shows if the discount was at the line level or RO level.
• Fixed issue where a RO digital copy would have duplicate Line Codes when there were more lines underneath each Line Code.
• Add 'Total Red Punches' calculation to the Warranty Audits table.
• Various code improvements to increase security and performance of the web app.

• Fixed issue where Parts Avg Circles were not matching the % in AI Statement.
• Fixed issue on the Heat Sheet Exceptions pop-up when a service advisor name is not provided that caused a blank white screen to be shown.
• Fixed issue in RO Search that showed the wrong date for 'Open Date' in the results.
• Improved user experience in user management when users are added/removed.
• Expand width of AI Statement data space when 'multi-store' is selected.

• Fixed alignment issue in AI Statement when multi-store is selected.
• Labor Discounts and Part Discounts are now showing correctly in the Op Code Analysis page.
• Added 'Average Insp. $' calculation to the Used Car Inspections pop-up.
• Fixed issue where AI Statement was showing incorrect Sales/Gross numbers or none for a few dealerships.
• Added date range selector for the Avg GP % circles on the Parts dashboard.

• Allow the user to see closed ROs for Used Car Inspections and search for historical Used Car Inspections.

Known Issues​

• With added padding for the multi-dealership view in AI Statement, the columns underneath are not lining up correctly in some circumstances.
• Labor Discount $ in Op Code Analysis may show as $0 and multiple RO line numbers if multiple labor discounts were created.

• Fixed an issue where Open ROs were incorrectly shown as 'Open" that were previously closed by VOID.

Known Issues​

• Depending on the amount of Op Codes used per Repair Order and/or the timeframe selected, there could be a significant amount of processing done by the browser and could slow the data display time. Further actions are in planning to continue optimization.

The following changes have been pushed to production on January 21, 2023

• Fixed an issue where the a user was not shown a red dot on the notifications icon when there were unread notifications.
• Added the new Op Code Analysis feature.

The following changes have been pushed to production on January 10, 2023

• Fixed an issue where an employee was invited to a new dealership but their employee information was not imported from CDK.
  • The process was not automatically creating their employee record in the database and thus, could not see any data on the dashboard.
