Changes for 11-15-24

The following changes have been pushed to production on November 15, 2024

• Wholesale Analysis pop-up did not equal AIS Wholsale numbers.
• Add properties to Open ROs to show how many lines are open/close on an RO for DealerTrack.
• Fix query to handle open lines for WIP dollar amounts (DealerTrack).
• Fix query to use the TransDate property for the Closed UCI data. (DealerTrack).
• Change Service Advisor Performance to use new RO API.
• Change Technician Performance to use new RO API.
• Provide additional fixes where Labor Type discrepancies were seen between the Labor Types page and Labor Type pop-up in some circumstances.
• Create stored procedure to fetch child dealerships in a shared dealership model.
• Add field to RO line to show if individual lines are open or closed.
• Provide additional filtering updates on the Labor Type and Op Code pages.
• Fix issue where inaccurate gross profit is reported on the End-of-Month report.
• Add new RO API to be used across multiple dashboard sections for increased accuracy and DealerTrack compatibility.
• Add Add Employee Dropdown to 1 Line ROs for Summary View.
• Add 'Missing Tech' when no technician is assigned to a labor row using the new RO API on the Open RO and WIP pop-ups.
• Ensure the >## DAYS column on Open ROs is correct when compared to Oldest column.
• Add Service Contracts to C,W,I references (DealerTrack).
• Group By RO # and concatenate Technicians if more than 1 at end of row.
• Fix issue where Voided ROs are not shown on the HeatSheet calculated values for Exceptions.
• Grey out the date selection on Labor Type and Op Code pages when Open ROs is selected to view.
• Fix the calculation totals after filtering on the Used Car Inspections pop-up.
• Fix issue where an RO Digital Copy is not generated from the Voided ROs on Exceptions pop-up.
• Fix issue where the RO # was not included in reports after switching the Digital Copy link to the RO text.
• Add 'Missing Tech' to the filter on pop-ups where there is no designated technician to a RO line.
• Fix logic of displaying a technician's name when there is no last name for the technician.
• Add filter checkbox for 'Missing Technicians' on the Service Advisor Performance pop-up.
• Fix a small issue on the date selector on the Labor Type page where previous month selects the previous and current month of dates.
• Fix issue where employee filter population is not being reloaded with new API data results.
• Hide the technician id on a couple pages on the dashboard.
• Fix issue in the greying out of employees on the Labor Type and Op Code pages when an employee is a service advisor and technician.
• When an Open RO has a status of 'CLOSED', format the status with BOLD RED.
