• A new System Notification feature has been added to TimeAi to communicate any alerts or warnings to all or users under a specific dealership.
• Added account descriptions to the administrative AI Statement Mapping page. When a user hovers over an account number, the description will be shown.
• On The Exceptions pop-up, the Total Exceptions column should be in hours (not currency) for Op Code Hours Overrides.

The following changes have been pushed to production on June 21, 2024

• Fixed issue where "Voided Repair Order" total value was not calculated correctly on the Exceptions pop-up
• Fixed an issue where the PDF export button for Technician Performance didn't generate a report
• Fixed an issue where the Excel export button for Technician Performance had the wrong name of the file and the sheet name within the file

• Fixed an issue on AI Statement when some user profiles received a 404 error when they couldn't see the Service view.

Known issues

• Filtering of very similar employee names where one is an advisor and another is a technician is still and issue and being worked on.
