The following changes have been pushed to production on December 31, 2024

  • AI Statement Account Mapping in Administration now shows accounts that don't have a description from the dealership data
  • Fixed an issue in the Onboarding Wizard that added blank account mapping values
  • A couple unused benchmarks were removed from the Administration Service and Parts sections
  • WIP renamed from 'Work in Progress' to 'Work in Process'

  • Improved performance on Op Codes & Labor Types pages.
  • Labor Types and Op Codes pages have filter values for Labor Types, Make, Model sorted alphabetically.
  • Remove note about Discounts being factored into Service Advisor performance pop-up.
  • Add Total Discounts column to Discounts pop-up.
  • Fix AI Statement's 12-month trend Average calculation.
  • Fixed formatting of percentages for exported reports on AI Statement.
  • Left-align note in RO Note pop-over.

  • Fixed a small issue where RO level discounts may not show correctly in the 'All' tab on the Service Advisor Performance pop-up
  • Added Service Contracts to the Service > Sales By Category section when there are Service Contracts
  • Enabled a pre-fetch service to improve initial performance for Labor Types and Op Codes pages

The following changes have been pushed to production on December 13, 2024

  • Improved UX for RO Note pop-over when the user closes the note
  • Moved the RO Note column next to the RO # column on most pop-ups
  • Removed the Labor Type module on the Service Heat Sheet in favor of the Labor Types page
  • Fixed issue where the logged in user's name was being used for the author of notes instead of the real author
  • Improvements for stability and performance for DealerTrack processes

Changes for 12-05-24

The following changes have been pushed to production on December 05, 2024

  • Service Advisor section not populated with data on 1st and 2nd of month.
  • Various Heat Sheet modules not populated with data on 1st and 2nd of month.
  • Export RO notes from Administration.
  • Fix issue where unmapped technicians are not set to Main shop by default.
  • Generated PDFs are unable to be downloaded on Chrome browsers.

  • Fix issue where 'Missing Tech' was not showing up in Open ROs employee filter.
  • Labor Type page's Category filter was not accurately returning all data when all categories were selected individually.
  • Update HeatSheet Account Number change process.
  • Update hydration of cached API results.
  • Prep for DealerTrack data to go live
