The following changes have been pushed to production on May 11, 2025

  • Changed the exclusion of $0 ROs on the Service Advisor Performance to break out Labor and Parts
  • Fixed an issue for some instances with a DealerTrack dealership, a line may show up as "blank" on a specific type while all being closed lines on an open RO.
  • Add the RO Note column to the service dashboard for the Policy pop-up. Notes are only available for repair order numbers that are also Ref# values.
  • Fixed issue where non-managers and non-admins were not able to see any data on the Op Codes page.

  • Fixed issue when selecting a source from the filter in the 'Verify On-Hand Quantity' pop-up, the calculated totals did not update.
  • Fixed issue when a technician is unmapped or remapped to a different shop and cached data is persistent and not updated after the remapping of a technician.
  • Added drop-down filter for the 'Bin' column on the Parts > Verify On-Hand Quantity pop-up.
  • Added drop-down filter for the 'CO #1' column on the Services > Unapplied Labor pop-up.
  • Added drop-down filter for the 'Description' column on the Services > Unapplied Labor pop-up.
  • Added drop-down filter for the 'Description' column on the Services > Exceptions pop-up.

  • Fixed an issue where the RO count would not change on the Service dashboard in the 'Sales By Category' section.
  • Fixed an issue for some imports of DealerTrack data where the discount data was not handled correctly.

  • A "flag" feature has been added to the repair order notes.
  • A performance degradation has been mitigated when loading large amounts of data into the Op Codes and Labor Types pages.
  • Fixed an issue where the 'Types' drop down filter not updating when the 'Category' filter has been changed on the Labor Types page.
  • Fixed an issue where the 'Types' drop down filter not updating when the date range has been changed on the Labor Types page.
  • Fixed an issue where the 'Employee' drop down filter not updating when the date range has been changed on the Labor Types and Op Codes pages.
  • Fixed an issue where a Technician(s) selected from the 'Employee' drop-down does not change the view of the employees listed in the data table to that technician(s) instead of service advisors.

  • Unapplied labor row was removed from AIS Account Mapping page as it is located in the Heat Sheet mapping page.
  • XLSX generated report for 'Expand by Employee' has been corrected on the Op Codes and Labor Types page.
  • The PDF export for the AI Statement now has left and right borders on the tables of data.
  • Parts data is now corrected on the Op Codes page.
  • The monthly numbers at the top of the service/parts dashboard are now showing red if the pace is behind the SMLY.
