The following changes have been pushed to production on July 2, 2023

  • Add notice to Op Codes page to indicate if there is a significant amount of data returned, it may need to be refreshed if "No Data" is shown.
  • Increased padding of columns between dealerships columns when viewing multiple dealerships in AI Statement.
  • Enabled field where multiple dealerships access for a single user dynamically expands.
  • Fixed issue where duplicate transactions where shown in AI Statement pop-ups for a couple manufacturer statements.
  • Applied fix to correct incorrect data in the Warranty Add-On pop-up.

Known Issues​

  • With added padding for the multi-dealership view in AI Statement, the columns underneath are not lining up correctly in some circumstances.
  • Labor Discount $ in Op Code Analysis may show as $0 and multiple RO line numbers if multiple labor discounts were created.

The following changes have been pushed to production on May 30, 2023

  • Allow the results of data on the Op Codes page to be filtered directly by Labor Type, not just filtered from prior results.
  • Fixed issue when searching users in the User Management page only searched on the current page of users, not all users.

The following changes have been pushed to production on May 23, 2023

  • Fixed issue where not all discounts were being factored into the Dashboard Service Averages pop-up when Summary is not selected.
  • Extended the displayed percentages values to have two digits after the decimal point.

The following changes have been pushed to production on May 14, 2023

  • Fixed issue where Discounts were incorrectly removed from calculations in the Service dashboard "Averages Row"
  • Fixed an issue where "infinity" could be displayed as a value for Labor Discount % when there was no sold labor $ but had a labor discount
  • In AI Statement, set color of Adjustments to Labor when greater than $0 to be red
  • Fixed small formatting issues and naming for generated reports (PDF and XLS)

The following changes have been pushed to production on May 6, 2023

  • Fixed issue where AI Statement totals for the multi-store view ->
    • Service -> Sales/Gross: Sublet and Adjustments to Labor were not added in
    • Parts -> Sales/Gross: No totals were calculated
  • Within AI Statement, the recently moved rows on the Parts section (Purchase Discounts & Inventory Adjustment) now have the ability to be opened up to drill down into the individual transactions

The following changes have been pushed to production on April 29, 2023

  • Remove redundant Op Code Group/Tracking edit button
  • Fixed missing part lines on a RO digital copy
  • Fixed issue where BDC roles were not able to see the dashboard.
  • Moving deleted users from current dealership view to a separate deleted tab within Administration > User Management.
  • Create new sections and move existing rows to those sections within AI Statement Sales/Gross
    • In Service, move Adjustments to Labor to its own section and subtract its value from 'Total Service Department GP'
    • In Parts, move Purchase Discounts and Inventory Adjustment to a new section (Inventory Discounts and Adjustments) and add their values to 'Total Parts Department GP'

The following changes have been pushed to production on April 9, 2023

  • Fix issue where cached data was preventing newly added Op Codes to an Op Code Group from being shown
  • Increase the default amount of Op Codes per page from 20-25 so Top 25 fits on a single page
  • Allow Op Code Group names to be editable
  • Fix "back" link within Adminstration for Op Code Tracking and Technician Roles. The back link will be dynamic and correctly send the user back to their previous page

  • Removed RO Count total from Labor Type Analysis pop-up to remove confusion of Repair Order counts that could be counted more than once if an RO has multiple Labor Types on a single ticket.
  • Updated packages to remove potential vulnerabilities
