The following changes have been pushed to production on March 3, 2023
- Add Technician Time Tracking feature
- Allows technician working time to be added per day to help calculate technician efficiency
- Add Technician Efficiency goal to be added for technician efficiency calculation color code
- Add technician efficiency calculation to Technician Performance pop-up
- Technician time tracking feature must be used for the calculation to be shown
- A user can now select a default dealership to show when logging in within their profile settings
- Technician Performance and Op Code data not shown during first day of month
- Add ‘Labor Cost’ and ‘Parts Cost’ to the Labor Type Analysis pop-up
- Add Drop down selection filter to Discounts pop-up instead of a search
- Add employee selection to the Summary view for Open ROs and WIP pop-ups
- Fix issue that allowed more than 6 technician shops to be added in a certain scenario
- Removed unused Receivables column from Wholesale Analysis pop-up
- Alter ‘Averages’ pop-up totals section for a better user experience
- ‘Averages’ pop-up now separates the Labor and Parts discounts into separate columns.
- Fixed issue where AI Statement data was processed significantly slower during daily calculations
- On the Op Codes page, if there is no labor, ELR now shows $0.00 instead of a dash ( - )
Known Issues
- Depending on the amount of Op Codes used per Repair Order and/or the timeframe selected, there could be a significant amount of processing done by the browser and could slow the data display time. Further actions are in planning to continue optimization.
- Labor Discount $ in Op Code Analysis may show as $0 and multiple RO line numbers if multiple labor discounts were created.
